I am new and installed the latest update on my server. Follow the instructions online to change the NEXT button to I agree but it did not work. Anybody can help!Appreciate your reply.

The steps I followed are from the following link:

The administrator has disabled public write access.

LimeSurvey 2 uses button elements instead of input elements for "Next" and "Previous", so you need to use a script like this:
<script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8">
	$(document).ready(function(){
		$('#movenextbtn .ui-button-text').text('I agree!');
		$('.clearall').attr('value','I do NOT agree!');
	});
</script>
