SURVEYURL Placeholder places incomplete URL on registration emails

When emails are sent to registrants who registered for surveys, the email they receive doesn't include the entire URL to the survey.

How can I fix this?

Can you give an example how the URL looks like and how it should look like?

Below is how the email is received by a registrant, you will notice that the domain portion of the URL is not included in the email. Is there a setting somewhere that may be set to localhost and not the domain name that needs to be changed? If so please let me know where.

What is your exact version of LimeSUrvey (with buildnumber).

Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member, professional service on demand (or search sondages pro).

The RC (Release Candidate) versions are not for production purposes. Could you upgrade to the stable release of LS 2.00+ and see if the problem still persists?
