Cannot generate invitations

I am a new users to LimeSurvey and the hosted service - so this problem is almost certainly the nut behind the wheel but...

I have set up a test survey with four questions and added three users (each with a unique valid e-mail address) following the manual and very helpful videos. I set the survey up so I can track individual replies using 'tokens'. I have checked all the parameters and everything looks good.

The e-mail addresses are valid, the view of the tokens show 3 were generated, no invitations have been sent and no surveys have been completed.

I display the tokens and tick each name then click the send invitations icon. I am then presented with an e-mail page which I leave unchanged - but when I confirm the e-mail invitations I get a message that no notifications were sent.

There is a list of reasons: invalid e-mail, invitation already sent, survey already complete and no token. All of which I have checked several times...

Any assistance that can be offered would be appreciated.

...So you are using the Limesurvey hosting at www.LimeSurvey Professional (previously LimeService).com ?

Can you export your tokens and attach the file here for testing?
