Strange Question Mark Bottom of Question - How to remove

I'm getting a white question mark in a blue box at the bottom left of each question.
Have never seen this before - where does it come from & how do I get rid of it?
See attached screen image [*.jpg]

I found a reference to this problem in the workaround sections.
Here it was suggested that 1 - rename and upload an empty help.gif file
2 - in template.css look for div.questionhelp img and add visibility:hidden;

In the case of 1 - I renamed it with no success
In 2 - my template.css doesn't have a div.questionhelp

Any other suggestion?

The question mark should not show up if your question help text is truly empty. Can you check?

I actually renamed the help.gif to oldhelp.gif.
I will search for another instance of help.gif

Thanks for the reply

I did find 2 instances of help.gif and have renamed both.
I'm starting to think that this white ? with a blue box is possibly called something else.
Any suggestions?

Help.gif is a different question mark to the one I'm getting.
It's white and in a circle - I'm getting a square.
See attachment.
Does anyone know the name of the square questionmark -the first attachment?

Thanks

The solution is quite simple - make that sure that nothing is in the help section of your question. It may look like there is nothing there but open up the fullscreen/advanced editing option [the Limesurvey logo] and press delete a few times - I think I had non-visible stuff here.
When this is completely blank the question mark doesn't show.

You can switch the editor to source code mode ( docs.limesurvey.org/First+login+-+Your+u...#X._Source_code_mode :) to see if anything is left at the help text.
