I am using citronade template with my survey, and I would like to know how to left align the questions as per the following screenshot:

This can be done by CSS at the template.css file of the citronade template, see docs.limesurvey.org/The+template+editor&...g_questions_with_CSS

Add the following to the end of template.css:
table.question tbody th.answertext {
    text-align: left;
}

Did you clear your browser cache so that the updated CSS file si loaded isntead of a cached old one?
Alternatively try a different browser.

Yes, you are correct trying from another computer worked, so the problem was cache.
