Restoring a question group from a backup?

Hello.

So I am running a user study using Limesurvey. I accidentally deleted one of my question groups. Luckily, I had a backup .lss file of the survey.

So I created a new survey, and imported from the file. But I am not seeing a way to copy the questions into a different survey.

How can I restore the questions from a question group in my old backup into my newer survey? There are a lot of them so it would be a huge hassle to retype them all (hence the backup file)

Just export the related question group as .lsg file and import it at the old survey.

Thanks. I spotted the export easily, but I'm not seeing an import. I found a way to import entire surveys via the new survey. Or if I create a question, if I had an individual question in a .csv, I could import that, but I'm not seeing where I can go to import the lsg file.

Could you please describe where in the menu it is?
