Ok, I open the Survey in a popup window .....
<HEAD>

<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript">

<!-- Begin
function popUp(URL) {
day = new Date();
id = day.getTime();
eval("page" + id + " = window.open(URL, '" + id + "', 'toolbar=0,scrollbars=0,location=0,statusbar=0,menubar=0,resizable=0,width=800,height=650,left = 590,top = 325');");
}
// End -->
</script>
</head>

<!-- Use the following link to open the new window -->

<A HREF="javascript:popUp('./limesurvey/index.php?sid=69111&newtest=Y&lang=sv')">Survey</A>

When I get to endpage I want to have a close button but:

<a href="#" onclick="self.close();">Close Me</a>

keeps changing the onclick to on<x>click ...

ideas?

To insert JavaScript, you need to turn off the XSS filter.

Have a look at global settings -> security -> XSS filter. This has to be turned of in order to prevent filtering of javascript code.
