I have 1500 records which must be entered only 1 time in some way this can be validated with LimeSurvey.

Sorry, I am not quite sure what you are trying to do.

So you have 1500 questionnaires offline, that now need to be entered into Limesurvey?

What exactly do you want to validate?

I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member. I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time. No support via private message.

I need to validate numbers are associated with That are credit cards, and That Number Can be taken only eleven. for example if a respondent to enter it twice is displayed an alert "that number already exists" is this possible?

Hmm, I don't think so, as you would need to be able to access information from other respondents, which, as far as I know, is not possible.
