Testing a survey

Hello,

I made a survey in LimeService (not LimeSurvey!) and I wanted to test the survey. However, I got the following error message:

'ERROR

We are sorry but you don't have permissions to do this.

Please contact Administrator for further assistance.'

That Administrator is me. So why can't I test my own survey? Do I need to change any settings? Do I need to activate the survey first? Please inform me what action to take. Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi SanderBootDH, can you please share with us what was the problem so we can all benefit? I have the same problem and I am hosting at their limequery.com service! So it must be something with survey settings because I dont think their own server would be misconigured!

Jonny,

sometimes there are problems when using a faulty proxy. IN that case please go to global settings and deactivate the settings 'Only admins can preview a survey'.
