Yes Radio Button missing

I have had two people so far tell me that the Yes radio button is not shown on their form. One I saw in person, and the other I have a screen shot of the survey, and sure enough, the Yes does not have a radio button.

I have tested the survey on 3 different browsers and 2 different OS. I'm trying to get info on which browser these two individuals are using.

Any ideas on how ot fix this?

I guess it is a problem with your template. What template do you use? Did you make any modifications?

I am using bluengrey. I didn't change anything on the template, just selected it. I could try a different one.

Try the default / basic template and see if they still have the same problem.

Having this issue with Explorer 8 (64 bit) on Windows 7 (64 bit version). Tried changing the template from blue/grey to the default template but still the same issue.

What version of LimeSurvey are you using?
