hello all,

i don't know if this can be considered a bug (guess not) but i run into this recently.

i've created a random table of tokens on my survey, limited to 5 characters, and then downloaded them as .csv into excel, to be sent to each individual participant. to my surprise some tokens did not download correctly, the reason being that Excel interpreted them as scientific notation, so (for example) the token 497e6 was recorded by Excel as 497000000.

i've manually changed the tokens back.

what would be a good practice to avoid that?

thanks a lot
