Check out the LimeSurvey source code on GitHub!

'label for' tagging section 508 compliance

6 years 1 week ago #56617 by lstrange
Hello - I have recently loaded Limesurvey on a test machine (so I have the msot recent version) and things are going great. Building test surveys and customizing my templates/css.

One quick question I couldn't seem to find the answer for on the forums or on bug tracker. When I look at the source code for the generated surveys, I'm not seeing the appropriate 'label for' tagging for Section 508 compliance. (to associate labels with form fields). Is there a setting I need to do to make this happen or is this not built in yet? I work for a state agency and we have to comply with Section 508 Web accessibility.

Any help great appreciated! Lainie

I think this is missing (meaning something to fix).

First be sure to use the latest stable version (or RC) and check if you can rproduce the pb.
If it is still in the latest version, can you open a ticket on our Bugtracker giving all details (lines where this alcks).
If you're a developper you can even attach a Unified Diff file (this would speed up the integration of the fix).

lastrange, it would be great if you helped us improving Limesurvey. Maybe you can provide a fix for this as suggested?
Have a look at previously.
