Problems accessing the survey

More
6 years 2 months ago #54316 by lippert01
I've been using a survey without any issues. There was a lapse of time (~ 3 months) where there was no need to access it. Currently, when trying to access the survey through url, I get a screen (graphic attached) and it will not permit a user to complete the survey.

Thank you for any assistance/guidance!

No screenshot. Probably you ran into the limit of 800*800px.

Well, this is not really a screen shot, but a link to the survey, but fine.

So I see that you are using a custom template? What happens if you switch to a standard template that comes with Limesurvey.

I intended to upload the screen shot but it would not upload... urgghhh.

When I change the template to "basic" or any other preloaded template, I get the same results.

Please create a copy of your survey and assign the default template to it. Then paste the link to the survey copy here.

Which Limesurvey version do you use?

When looking at the source code, there also seems to be a ressource problem:
"<b>Fatal error</b>: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in <b>/home4/lipperts/public_html/survey/common.php</b> on line <b>4683</b><br />"

Yeah, I saw that too Mazi, but it's inside a <script> tag which is very wierd.

Yes, but inside the conditionnal question script, maybe there are a lot of condition in the survey.

lippert01:
1st : can you say how any memory are affected to php or LimeSUrvey (see /admin/admin.php?action=showphpinfo )
2nd : can you test with a copy of the survey but without condition ?

We need a sample survey for testing.

Do you think it might be possible that under certain circumstances conditions produce lots of code overhead leading to such problems?
