Error - Undefined index

I am new using the limesurvey. I have the newest version of the limesurvey software. I created a survey and previewed it.

When I preview the survey I get this error:

Notice: Undefined index: other_comment_mandatory in /home/ascsis/public_html/survey/qanda.php on line 3016

I have done some trial and errors and have found out that this happens when I have multiple choice questions, with maximum number of possible answers and the option other possible.

Any suggestions how to fix this?

Please open a ticket at the Bugtracker and...

1. Give as much information as possible

2. Attach your survey. You can mark your ticket "private" so that only the developers will be able to take a look at it.

3. Provide step-by-step instructions how to reproduce the problem.

4. If possible/helpful please provide screenshots

Afterwards please post the link to the Bugtracker so we can follow the progress.

Thanks!
