Navigation Problems on iPhone and Mac was created by TomBenj
I ran into this odd problem, which only seems to appear on iPhones or other Mac computers. When the user clicks the Next button there's a pop-up message saying "Please use the survey navigation buttons or index. It appears you attempted to use the browser button to re-submit a page". An odd twist is that the user can enter garbage into the fields and then Next works, but if she chooses a previously remembered entry (like name and email), the error occurs.
Does anyone know how to resolve this? We have our own install running version 3.22.11+200330
Thanks,
Tom

With "iPhone and Mac" you mean the browser Safari, right?
If you e.g use Firefox on MacOS or iOS the issue is not there, right?
I remember the issue in the Samsung browser on mobile devices.
The ticket never was really solved.

I recommend you create a new, simple survey. If you can reproduce the issue, I recommend to open a bugticket and attach a LSS export file.
Infos about browser version / os version should be part of that ticket.
I don't see any changelog in the last few updates of LimeSurvey.

Sorry stellaa9x, I got nowhere with this, and ended up moving my surveys to SurveyMonkey. I opened two bug tickets and started another thread in the LimeSurvey forums -
