It seems to me that it should be a matter of editing the sub-questions.
But, we cannot help without knowing the LimeSurvey version, what you have tried and having a small sample survey (.lss file) containing only that question.

This code is a mess. Why do you need all this code for something so simple?
I tried to make some sense out of it, but there are so many (in my opinion) unnecessary spans, etc.
I think you could do this far cleaner and simpler. I assume you are using th editor to create this mess, then change things and mess it up even more.
I'll try to have a look at this when I find the time.
But there is definitely an error in your code. You have a BR tag within the color definition.
