uploaded files not showing in responses was created by russell37uk
Hi everyone,

Sorry if i posted in the wrong topic, I have done a quick search but did not really find a answer.

I have a survey where respondents upload a video file as part of their answers, but for some reason these files are NOT showing in the survey response tables in admin (pic attached)

Files are confirmed as uploaded / received from the respondent side of the survey, just not being received!

As you can see in the image there is a blank space where the download button should be (and yes there are supposed to be files there)

Any suggestions?

No issue with php upload limits as these are set well in excess of what is actually required.

Hi,
as I see in your screenshot there is neither a download icon nor a delte file icon.

there are supposed to be files there

Did you check, that there is really an uploaded file?

1. Is a file shown in the upload question of the answer table?

2. Did you check the database (in case you have access to it)?
Table: [limePrefix]_survey_[SurveyID]
Is there an entry of an uploaded file?

3. If you edit the record it will show you the name of the file

4. Did you check the upload folder of the survey
upload/surveys/[SurveyID]/files for that file?

If all questions are answered "Yes, there is this file" you may try to find out what is the difference between the uploaded files where there is an icon and the uploaded files where there is no icon.
