Data output for ranking questions was created by Felix20
Hi,

I'm currently working on a survey which includes a few ranking questions. Before launching this survey, I've done a few tries to see how data exports in SPSS and Excel. This problem showed up: even though I'm dragging and dropping stuff in the ranking questions, it doesn't show anywhere in the data output, both on SPSS and Excel. It only shows as a basic multiple choice question (A. Y/N; B. Y/N; C. Y/N, etc.) and nothing about the rank selected. I hope it's clear and will reformulate if needed.

Thank you in advance,

Felix

Hi,
would have been better you'd have shown us anything.
Your survey as *.lss
Your resulting output

And of course your LimeSurvey version.

Best regards

I don't know where you come up with Y/N.

You will get a column in the data for each possible rank position that are populated with the answer codes that the respondents placed there.

You can close this topic, for some reason I couldn't find it yesterday but now I can see it, sorry about that.
Thanks to both of you for answering
