When I Export as a Printable Survey, the Group Name and Descriptions do not print. I have checked the Theme and it shows the group.name and group.description in the sample, but they do not display.

Is there a setting somewhere that disables both the group.name and group.description from printing? It does display the name and description in the survey itself.

I've included screenshots of the survey in preview and print and am using the standard theme.

I recommend to report it as bug first and then start discussion.
Why that way? The same information you will need for a bugticket will be asked here.
If it is no bug, the "bug" might be the GUI design
To me this sounds more like a bug than a missing setting (if you display the group name/description in the survey).

In this case I think it is a bug, because I don't remember any setting that would allow you to hide the group description for the print version separately.

As you seem to be a client of Limesurvey Professional, you can also get in touch with the support via a ticket (see in the navigation above).

But it make sense to provide a bug report, as Jelo says.
