Depends on what you consider simple... ;-)

Limesurvey is a survey tool, so it generally generates questions one below the other.

What you are trying to create is more a form than a survey. I am sure it can be done with Limesurvey, but you will have to tinker with CSS / Tempaltes / maybe JS.

Try col-sm-6 in attribute css-class.

It does the trick

Thanks Dennis, but could you be a little bit more explicit? Where am I supposed to do that change? I tried that before but it only reduced the size of the whole survey by half because the questions start on a new row.

Thanks Denis. I am pretty new to Limesurvey. Where is the class ".clear-col" supposed to be set?
Do I have to set the col-sm-6 class for all the question on the page?
Do I have to do anything in the .lss file?
Thanks for your reply.

Hi Denis, never mind. I figured it out myself. It is more of a css issue.
So for all those who might have the same problem. This is what you should do:
Do exactly what Denis said :-)
For me I had to give in the class "col-sm-6" to every question. The ".clear-col" was for the case when you don't want anything in that space.
Thanks Denis. I still have some css styling to do but thanks a lot for your help. If I came here earlier I would have saved myself 4 hours. :-)
