Hello

I have selfhosted limesurvey in version 3.14.9+180917 . And I would like align to center all question and text. Do you have idea, how to make it?

Copy a theme and modify the theme. It will be work.
Not sure why you want everything centered. It's mostly not the best visual appearance.
