When I try to resend a questionnaire for a second, third, etc. use, the user opens the questionnaire and finds that the old answers have been "saved" (no matter the device or browser used).

The users have to "change" the answers instead of entering new ones (with radio list). This constitues a major biais for our research design...

Did anyone else have that problem? If so, can something be done so that the questionnaire can be used multiple times and be empty every time it is resent?
