I am having an issue that I can replicate on the demo site. My local installation is running 3.0.5 - 180118.
If you create an array type question (standard array) and enter both answers and subquestions and then attempt to make a copy of that question, it results in an error:

The value for the column "qid" is not supplied when querying the table "lime_questions".

The question appears to be copied, but does not function correctly.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

There seem to be others with the same issue. Looks like a bug in 3.0.5. Report it on the bugtracker.
