Dear everyone,

Yesterday, I had acidentally deleted one of my survey token, which was labeled as ID 18. I am trying to re-add the token, but the problem here is the newly added token will be labeled automatically, i.e. 11888, which will eventually effect my recuitment tree. For example, the old tree is, for instance, 1 to 17,18,19. But if I re-add and let it be labeled automatically, it would be 1 to 17,11888,19.

In this situation, I prefer to re-add that token, and then manually change its ID back to 18, but I do not know that can I do that in Lime survey?

Please, if anyone have any solution for my question, please help me. I will be very grateful for any kind help!

Thank you!

Hi, this can only be done by accessing the database and executing a statement like: 'update lime_tokens_nnnnn set id = 18 where id = xxxxx' - nnnnn being your survey's database id and xxxxx being the id value assigned to the token you created manually.
You'll need a tool like phpMyAdmin or HeidiSQL to do that.
