v2.5+ Can't find button to initiate processing of bounced invitation e-mails

Hi,

Please can someone direct me to where I can find the button to invoke processing of bounced e-mails in v2.5+
I gather from much googling and forum searches that this moved in version 2 but it seems v2.5 is changed too. The articles I have found about version 2 location of the button do not seem to apply to version 2.5

Go to "Survey participants" then press the button "Invitation & reminders" and option "Start bounce processing".

Thank you for replying Elisa. I do not find a "Start Bounce Processing" option on that menu.
My choices beneath "Invitations and reminders" are:
Send email invitation
Send email reminder
Edit email templates
Bounce settings

How many other options do you have on that menu?
Have you any suggestion on why this would be missing from my menu?

I'm not sure. I have the option between "Edit email templates" and "Bounce settings". Maybe this is a problem of the Bounce settings or global settings in the application.

I find some comfort in knowing that the button/menu choice I needed was not in plain sight. Now at least I have a clearer idea of the mystery I must solve.

Changes from 2.50+ (build 160620) to 2.50+ (build 160714) July 14, 2016
-Fixed issue: "Start bounce processing" button missing


So, maybe an update will fix your problem.
