Hi all,

I have spent a few weeks on making my survey. Everything works like a treat and I even made a nice looking theme.
I published it a few days ago and spread the word. Already have 22 people who fill it in.

But, out of the 22 people there are 5 people who didn't finish the survey. I asked those people why they haven't finished it and they said "I got a blank screen, and assumed I was done.".
Anybody else had this?

Every answer is required, so they can't skip anything. There is also no "go back" button. And when people click the "go back" button of their browser I added some Javascript that asks the people if they really wanna quite the survey. (use this one: manual.limesurvey.org/Workarounds:_Surve...y_closing_the_survey )
I tried it myself a few times, but I didn't get the white screen.

Anybody has a clue what might be going wrong.

I'm using the Blueengrey theme with the latest version of Limesurvey.

White page : something broken, set debug at 2 to knwo what broke.

Can be a memory issue : what is the PHP memory_limit.

The memory limit is 96M

If I set debug to 2, doesnt show up for those who are actually doing the survey at that moment?

With big survey, 128 is a minimum. 256 is best.

I didnt know that.
Its 54 questions, with 3 answers per question (slider, 7-points choice and open text field). In the question there is a HTML5 code for a 5 second MP3 file (none are bigger then 0.5 mb).
Does that count as a big survey?

There is very little styling, no special effects and no visual gadgets.

Don't seems a big survey, but 128M can be best.

But blank screen give no information .... DId you look at the server log ?

Ill ask the host if he can raise it, or if I can do that myself.
I did check the error log, while finding out that one of my other sites has an issue, I couldnt find any mention of LimeSurvey... :(
