Problems with Limesurvey links being rated as phishing attacks was created by Mazi
Hi folks,
did anyone every have problems with Limesurvey links being treated as linking to a phishing website?
For a certain Limesurvey system I am maintaining this now becomes a serious issue. At that system there are lots of surveys using tokens and it seems that even asking for the token makes Google believe that some phishing is going on there.
This stupid behavior by Google is a real pain because people using Google Chrome browser will see a warning and thus response rates get down.
Google just tells users to fill a form at www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_error/?tpl=emailer to indicate that it is no phishing but to my experience this has little to no effect.
When searching the web for other solutions I couldn't find any promising alternatives to tell Google that their phishing classification fails and causes as a headache.
Do you have any experience with such issues?
Is there anything you can recommend to fix this?
What can we do?
Thanks for any useful hints,
Mazi

Running our wrongly marked link through another checking tool shows that only Google doesn't like us .
Unfortunately, I still have no idea how to get this fixed

Virusscan showed changing results while entering the URL (but the survey is no longer active).
With newtest at the end of the URL currently I get a result from the ESET engine only.
www.virustotal.com/en/url/137c074ea6c791...analysis/1425078620/
Without newtest at the end no triggered alarm by any scanner:
www.virustotal.com/en/url/8fcccd2500613e...analysis/1425079097/
Did you try using links without rewriting? Seems to be a good idea to have an URL alias/ redirection inside of Limesurvey. These safebrowsing list are also used in firefox.
Really strange.
Keep my fingers crossed. This really complicated stuff to explain to customers. The scan is on the URL and not on the IP. Really strange.

This problem is mostly solved after several different people have filled out the Google report form.
@jelo: You are right, using a different URL syntax may help to let Google treat each link as a unique one.
