Hello,

I have a question how to filter not a question but a line (Matrix).

Senario:

Question 1:

How many dogs do you have?

A1: One dog
A2: two dogs
A3 three dogs

Question 2:

What kind of dog do you have?

IF Q1.NAOK == "A1" SQ001 "Dog One" (Drop Down List with kind of dogs)
If Q1.NAOK == "A2" SQ001 "Dog One" AND Sq002 "Dog two" should appear.

I try to avoid to create three different Questions (Dog one; Dog one& Dog two; Dog one, dog two & dog three) because it is easier to analyse with with only three colums for three dogs. Thx for help

There is no way to set relevance for sub-questions. You can use JavaScript but it gets a little complicated when dealing with mandatory states.

Easiest to use 3 separate questions for your dropdowns.

Basically you need a survey for each dog but maybe you are interesting on this

You don't care What kind of dog is the dog1 and the dog2 don't mind

I would do the next

I would add an array 5 point choices
as sub question you add various kind and the last one is "other"

Then the user when complete the survey select how many dogs each kind he has

Kindest regards
Emiliano
