I looked into the docs and the forums, but I could not find any information regarding my question:
I want to have users that can create surveys by picking from a number of predefined questions, but without being able to edit said questions or creating new ones. Is that possible with LimeSurvey?
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
