sum assessment values was created by vector01
Everyone, I keep trying to use:
{sum(t1.value,t2.value)}
Where t1 and 2 are the question codes. Assessments for each are set to 1. When I run the survey, it doesn't seem to be counting my responses. Did I get the equation right above? It just displays "0" FYI.
If not, what would it be?
Is there an equation that would allow me to sum assessment values for a group?
Version 2.0, Build 130929
Thanks in advance!

@limesun, thank you for your suggestion, however that doesn't seem to work.
The name of my group is "test"
I tried {sum(test.value)}
That just showed up in red both when I save and run it.
also I tried {sum(group1.value)}
thinking that maybe there was some group ID or something. Same result as above. Any other ideas?

Hi,
Can you upload a test survey, because i already use:
{sum(t1.value,t2.value)} without problem.
Look if you d'on't have other question with same code, and if you don't have other error.
Denis

Thanks Denis,
The same thing you mentioned is working for me too. I read another post here:
www.limesurvey.org/en/forum/can-i-do-thi...culate-the-group-sum
That answers my question. I was trying to add up a group, and that doesn't work. I just summed all the questions, and it's working fine now. Thank you for the help!
