ODBC connection to LimeSurvey and Excel was created by capson
I want to connect excel through a ODBC connection to LimeSurvey is this possible? I have looked in the manual and Googled but have found nothing.
Or if not ODBC is there another way?
Thanks

I could not see how to edit my question, more specifically
I want to connect excel through a ODBC connection to the database of individual surveys in LimeSurvey is this possible? I have looked in the manual and Googled but have found nothing.
Or if not ODBC is there another way?
Thanks

You can only export your responses to excel from within limesurvey.
ODBC is for direct connection to a database but in the case of limesurvey it is difficult to read the database directly. Also most online systems don't allow connections from outside the machine it runs on. So you need to export the responses and open the downloaded file in excel.
