Hello ,
Just have a question regarding exporting the data. Can we export only the most recent data to SPSS instead of the entire responses?
Thanks in advance

This is not possible, it's all or nothing. In the upcoming 2.05 you can add selectors to export only from a certain response ID and up. You would still need to merge your resultsets in SPSS when you dp it that way.

Great news . But did you think it's can be done:
- Add a question selector in SPSS/R export
- Export SPSS files with only this question ?

The spss export will operate just like the excel / word / pdf exports, so you can select what fields you would like to export. I think I will be able to finish that this week.

Thanks Menno,
If I want to update my current lime to 2.05, is it possible to do so? Sorry about this stupid question.
Thanks,

Why would you want to do the selection in limesurvey? It is much simpler to do the selection in spss. Even if it would be possible to do it in limesurvey, I would never do it
The easiest way to do it is to add a selection line to the syntax file that spss generates (survey_XXXXXX_SPSS_syntax_file.sps) (select if submitdate>"XXXXXXX"). You could even save the date/time of the last import batch and run the select dynamically.
