X-Y scale for questions

Is it possible to do something like this with LimeSurvey?



Those who answer a survey question should be able to choose values from a scale like this. X- and Y-values should be available for analysis separately, ie. if x is 100 and y is 0 (bottom right corner) then you could say that the respondent thinks the education is excellent but they don't find it useful.

I think this will require some moderately intricate JavaScript to detect where a respondent clicks in a <div> element and load (hidden?) text inputs with the coordinates.
