Where I can change headers of email invitations?
My provider advised me to put "Precedence: bulk" in the header of my emails in order to avoid blacklist/spam problems.

I am not an expert, but I doubt that putting something like "Precedence:bulk" will avoid that you get blacklisted or marked as spam. Because if this would help anything, the spammers would do it as well, wouldn't they?

Of course, this is only one (of many) parameter that my provider told me to respect.

I assume that you will have to go into the source code to modify this. However, with every update, there is a chance that this will be reversed if the file you have changed is updated, if it is not part of the official limesurvey package.
