I think this type of question can be created using workaround.

Or use two separate questions and some CSS to hide the question text of Q2 and make them appear as one.

In the "final" version of this question are 57 sub questions so separating is a little bit difficult
It's part of an English assessment test, a little text and the participant has to fill in the appropriate words.
If I would separate the whole text into single sentences the main goal of this question (text apprehension) will be destroyed.
