Redirecting Back Into Survey

I have a survey where I am redirecting respondents out of the survey to a different web page and then redirecting them back into the survey from that website (with their token on the end of the URL)...the issue I'm having is having when I redirect them back into the survey they come back at the point they left off, which is the redirect question so they go around and around in a loop...I'm trying to figure out if there is a way that I can redirect them back into the survey at a specific question but adding the group ID and question ID to the URL gives me error messages...here is what the end of my URL looks like that I am having issues with....
sid=1111X1111X11111&token=12345

I'm new to LimeSurvey too. But I read a lot of posts. I think you can flag a hidden question using url, then use it as condition to skip the questions that is already answered.

Hello,

If you use token, not anonymous and you "Enable token-based response persistence", the the user come back to the step in the survey.

Maybe it can be OK ?

Yes, getting them redirected back into the survey is not the issue, I'm able to get them back to the page they left off on...which is the page that redirected them out of the survey the first time so basically I'm just getting a loop effect...
