Multiple columns in drag n drop AND limiting number of answers

Hi:

I need to create a question with drag n drop capabilities. I have achieved that through the work around provided on
docs.limesurvey.org/Workarounds%3A+Manip...ag_and_Drop_Rankings

However I need to manipulate it even further with 2 features.

1) The number of answers (drops I guess) must be between 1 - 3. So 1 in minimum and 3 is max.

3) I need to display the options in 5 columns , each with a header. Right now the options are all available under one column which says "Your choices".

Any ideas? I'd really appreciate it.

The first part might be doable sing the additional question attributes. But I'm not sure if the workaround covers these: docs.limesurvey.org/Question+type+-+Rank...rvey#Maximum_answers

For the column requirement I know no solution. It might be doable using some CSS but I'm no CSS expert.

The workaround is designed to accomodate the max/min values.

kamy, can you give us a link to an activated test survey?
