Can I do a CBC question in LimeSurvey?

It depends on the workflow you are thinking of. I have worked on such projects before and there are different possible approaches. One might be to load the conjoint data from an external DB by using an Ajax call.
It also depends if you want to store the conjoint answer data within Limesurvey or at the conjoint DB, which Ids you might have to pass into Limesurvey to identify which data as shown to the user, if you want to show the conjoint questions at the beginning or end of a survey or in between.

You have to work a lot on template, but still practicable i think.
