Array with dropdown box

In the question types there is an "Array dual scale". This option allows a row of subquestions and two scales. Each answer can be given with with a dropdown box with options. We would like to create a question with this format but with only one scale. So a vertical list with subquestions, each with a dropdown box with answers. Is this possible? Due to the amount of answer possibilities (10) other formats don't work.

We can create 6 separate questions, in fact that is how we have it implemented now, but this gives a disadvantage in the processing the query results. Having subquestions is easiest because the code of each subquestion is visible in the header of the first query results, simplifying data processing in Excel.

Thanks in advance,

Hello Auke,

maybe I misunderstand you objective, but you should be able to use the question type "Array" (without "dual scale") just as you have described. It also has the extended option to use dropdown boxes instead of a scale of radio buttons.
