Hi,

My scenario is: I would like to allow my candidates re-do the assessment one more time if they fail an exam.

Is it feasible to do it with the current Lime Survey ? If yes, could we set the maximum of attempts ?

Thank you :P

Currently the assessment results are calculated at runtime when submitting the survey. No assessment data is stored at the database.

The solution might be to forward the user to a new script at the end of the survey. This script could make use of the Limesurvey assessment funtion and calculate the current score. If the user fails (assumed you are using tokens), the script could increase the "uses left" setting at the token entry of the current user so he could run the test one more time.
Furthermore such a script could write the assessment score of each user into an additional token attribute for later analysis.

Currently all this has to be coded manually because there is no inbuild feature for this yet.
