Which email are we talking about? Which version of Limesurvey are you using?

Matzi tested it and it worked in the notification email. If it doesn't work on your installation there must be something wrong with your installation, so we need some information to circle the problem.

I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member. I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time. No support via private message.

hm, strange - as all other fields like INSERTANS and the token-stuff works - im talking about the detailed admin notification by the way and my version is 1.91+ build 10377

I have tested the short version of the admin notification. It worked fine there, can you test?

thanks, mazi - but it's still not working. the replacement field is properly highlighted with yellow after saving - but it still writes "{savedid}" in plain text into the email - instead of the real id... :(

I may sound like a broken record (for those of you who know what that is) but is the survey activated? There will be no ID unless the survey is live.

(a)live and kicking ;) ive already had about 30 participants and everything else works fine - ive tested the saveid-field in another running survey - and it doesnt work there either... :(

Did you use capital letters: {SAVEDID}?

yes, i did - and the field is highlighted in yellow (see screenshot) - so it seems the appplication even recognized the field - but it doesn't fill it :(

Did you check if the survey is set to NON anonymous? Because if not, there is no connection between survey data and token data.

yep, "anonymized responses" is set to "no" (and I even tried setting it to yes with the same result) - what other settings could prevent the savedid-field from working?
