Generating tokens on access

5 years 7 months ago #62807 by darkshine
I'd like to use LimeSurvey for the satisfaction surveys at the end of my support tickets. So, a customer ticket is closed, they get an e-mail informing them of this with a link asking them to fill out our survey.

At the moment the e-mail comes from the Ticket system, not LimeSurvey, so ideally I'd like to format the link so that it includes the ticket number from the Ticket system. Then upon clicking the link LimeSurvey generates the previously non-existent token and allows the survey to go ahead.

I suppose one way around this is to create a token for every possible ticket number, but I don't feel that this is very elegant. I'd also want to add other details to the token this way if possible.

You can add an redirect.php file.

This php file take the variable from GET (
Create a token in the (database : SQL INSERT ) and the token = ticket
And redirect to the survey with the tokenid.

Need some work but not so difficult i think.
