Hi, I need a new type of question. The same as "Multiple with comments" but with only one choice.

How can I do this, thanks?

Use a "Multiple with comments" and set the "Maximum answers" to 1.

OK, thanks very much.

And what about this complex question? It´s a radio with subquestion each one.

This is not possible "out-of-the-box". You will need to use CSS to display a radio question and a multiple text question side-by-side or use conditions to display subsequent text questions depending on the radio results.
