Can i tie the survay to our store email list?

How can i tie the lime survey to our existing customers email, this way the customer will get an email with the survey link tied to his email address and wont be able to repeat the survey or to forward it.
for a security purposes .. Also this way the customer wouldn’t need to reenter a his email to begin with the survey

Have a look at "tokens" in the manual. This is exactly what you are looking for. You can import the list with your users and email, etc. into Limesurvey and you can send out personal links to each and everyone.

I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member. I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time. No support via private message.

When I use tokens, the responses don't seem to be tied to the token or user id. It sequentially assigns the id as the responses come in. I want the response tied to the unique token. I am running version 1.92 on bluehost.

If you have the survey set to anonymous ( docs.limesurvey.org/Creating+a+new+surve...or+LimeSurvey#Tokens ) the token data are not connected to the responses. Otherwise the token data will be included with each response.

The ID is a sequential number that is assigned to each case regardless of the anonymous setting.
