Recording variable from javascript

5 years 10 months ago #59015 by antigen
Hi, I have a survey where the participant has to watch a video, and has the option to replay the video as many times as s/he wants. I have a counter for the video player in Javascript that keeps track of how many times the video has been watched, and I was wondering if it was possible to pass this value to LimeSurvey to be recorded with the results.

Thanks. :)

You can add a short text or numerical question to Limesurvey and hide it using 1-2 lines of CSS. You can easily populate that field using Javascript, there are several examples at this forum and at manual -> workarounds ->JavaScript.
