Show a question depending on the number of previous checkmarks

I have a questions with checkmarks (many answers possible).
In the next question I would like to ask whether the answers should be considered as AND or OR choices. However, this question is only required if the user chose more than one answer with checkmarks.

Is it possible to show a question depending on the number of checkmarks checked in the previous question?

Example (a little bit stupid, but hopefully you get the clue):
Q1: What do you like?
[x] tea
[x] milk
[ ] sugar
Q2: You have chosen multiple answers. Do you want those things separate or combined?
(x) separate
( ) combined
Separate then means: I like tea and I like milk but I dont like tea with milk. Combined means: I like tea with milk.
So Q2 should only show up in case more than one selection was made in Q1.

Thank you. Looks exactly what I need.
However my JavaScript always gets replaced by
<x>ript ...
and therefore does not work well. Any hints?

Ok, got it. It's in global settings, security, filter for XSS.
Setting it to "no" helps.
