Checkbox and radio button question

Hello,

I'd like to know if there's a way to mix radio button and checkboxes in one question?

For example:

Do you like fruits?

o Yes, I like them all
o Yes, I like some of them
x Apples
x Bananas
x Oranges
x Other
o No, I don't like them at all.

with checkboxes only selectable if the above radio button selected.

I'm aware of the possibility wich consist in using two separate question with conditions but I find it less elegant and clear.
I may myself not have been clear because english is not my mother tongue. Feel free to ask for clarification if you didn't get my point.

Thank you for your work on LS and for your answers.

No, you can't mix radio buttons and checkboxes in one question.

However, you can make some checkboxes exclusive, which means if they are clicked no other checkbox can be clicked.

You can find this under advanced options of the question, the question attribute is called docs.limesurvey.org/Question+type+-+Mult...vey#Exclusive_option

It doesn't look like you want it too look, but technically it does what you want it to do. ;-)

(as far as I know, it is possible to have more than one of those exclusive options, but you will have to test it, because it is not written in the documentation, but I think I have done that already).

Have a look at the manual! It is a really valuable source for information. Here some helpful links:

Mixing question types isn't possible. You have to re-arrange your survey.
