Survey quotas - set survey to "finished" was created by ch123
Hi. Hope that this forum can help me again
I am using a survey with quotas and the setting "Allow user to modify his last answers before terminate survey". If a participant now selects the "wrong" answer, the quota text is shown and he could go back to change his answer. But if he doesn't do that and ends the survey, his answers will be marked as "not finished" (which actually makes sense). However, he will now receive my reminder emails - I am using an automatic cronjob for that. Is it possible to prevent this? And still set the survey to "finished" when a quota has been reached?
I would be happy about any possible solutions!

It seems to me that this is a bug that should be reported.
I think at the very least the token uses left value should be decremented if they have participated and been screened out.
A short-term fix may be to have the quota redirect to a PHP script that uses the API to modify the token table.

Okay, thanks for your help! I will report it as a bug then
Do you have any helpful links for your PHP script idea? This is probably beyond my knowledge but maybe I can read up on it a bit...
Thank you anyway!

Here is an example that (among other things) updates the token usesleft value -
