Some time ago we used version 2, it worked sending notifications by email
(invitation and confirmation of participation)

In version 3.5 the notification of participation is not working. if the invitation and the reminder work

In the configuration, the confirmation button is on
"Survey participant settings" -> "Send email confirmation: ->" on "

The configuration of mail has no problems, because the invitations and reminders work perfectly

Does anyone have ideas of what the problem may be?
Is a "bug" in the application?

By identifying the problem we apply all the updates, but the failure continues.

Our Technical information:
LimeSurvey version 3.15.9, LimeSurvey build 190214, PHP version 7.0.33-0ubuntu0.16.04.1,

If you are sure email settings are OK, if you are sure email is not in spam : maybe a bug : need to be reported.
