Conditions for two different kinds of questions

I have three Long free text questions Q1,Q2,Q3 and Multiple numerical input question Q4 with 3 subquestions SQ001, SQ002, SQ003.
In the SQ001 should be points for Q1 answer, in SQ002 for Q2 and in SQ003 for Q3. How to set conditions for this situation: if Q3 is empty there is not allowed to put any numbers into SQ003?

Depending on your LS version you can use subquestion-relevance to hide SQ003.

Behind all subquestions there is a field which contains "1". 1 means alway shown.
If you put a ExpressionScript (ExpressionManager) equation into that field, you can control when to show/hide that subquestion.
If you are new to ExpressionScript (ExpressionManager) take a look here:

If question type "Multiple numerical input" is lacking these subquestion relevance fields, there might be a workaround. You might prepare a small survey with your current questions and attach it here.
